The short version

• The site does not track you. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
• If you send us a message through the contact form, we keep it so we can reply. We never sell it or share it for marketing.
• Nothing is stored in your browser by this site.

The contact form

When you send the form on our contact page we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, the topic you pick and your message. Along with it we record the time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type, which helps us tell real messages from automated spam.

We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Please do not put medical details, insurance numbers or other health information in the form. We go over those with you by phone or in the office, and your patient records are kept in the office, not on this website.

Who else is involved

• Cloudflare hosts the website, stores form messages in its database and delivers our notification emails.
• Google provides the map on the contact page. When that page loads the map, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. The map does not load on any other page.
• Facebook and Instagram links take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies. We do not embed them on this site.

How long we keep it

Form messages are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of our conversation. Ask us and we will delete yours.
